APF Consulting, LLC makes every effort to ensure timely delivery of products and services. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For digital products, access is typically instant but may be delayed due to technical errors, email filters, or third-party service interruptions. For physical products or materials (if applicable), shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

By purchasing from APF Consulting, LLC, you agree that shipping and delivery risks (including delays, damages, or lost items) may be beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for liability against the Company.

Shipping Policy

Digital Products

  • All digital products (courses, compliance kits, downloads, and other electronic content) are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery is typically immediate upon payment, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

  • Products will be delivered via email, secure download link, or customer portal.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.

 

Physical Products (If Applicable)

  • If physical items are included (such as printed certificates, training manuals, or equipment), orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment.

  • Standard shipping times within the U.S. are 5–7 business days; international delivery may take longer.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Tracking information (if available) will be sent once your order has shipped.

 

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

  • APF Consulting, LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Reshipping fees may apply if items are returned to us due to inaccurate information.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If a physical product arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery or expected delivery.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but replacement or refund decisions will be made at our discretion.
