1. Educational & Informational Disclaimer

The information provided on this website, in our digital products, and during our training sessions is intended for general educational purposes only. APF Consulting, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of that content.

• CPR training — participation does not guarantee prevention of injury, illness, or death. Certification indicates course completion; it does not replace professional medical care or emergency services.

• Forklift training — designed to meet applicable OSHA and industry standards, but safe operation and ongoing regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the employer and operator.

• CCW training — completion of our course does not guarantee issuance of a concealed carry weapons permit by your county sheriff or other licensing authority, and does not guarantee proficiency, accuracy, or safe outcomes in an actual use-of-force situation. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws.

• No guarantee — completion of training or use of our digital products does not guarantee job placement, accident-free performance, or full compliance with all applicable laws.

 

2. Eligibility & Participant Responsibilities

You must meet the age and legal requirements applicable to the program you're registering for (for example, CCW training requires being at least 21 and legally eligible to possess a firearm under state and federal law). You're responsible for applying any skills you learn safely and within the limits of your training, and you agree to follow all instructor directions and safety rules during in-person sessions. We reserve the right to refuse service to, or remove, any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates safety rules.

 

3. Use of Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Misuse — including hacking, spamming, scraping, or unauthorized distribution of content — is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for violations of these Terms.

 

4. Digital Products & Licensing

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own use. You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, or otherwise make the materials available to any third party without our written permission. Unauthorized use may result in revoked access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

 

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment must be made in full before receiving digital products or attending training. By registering for a course, booking services, or purchasing a product, you agree to sign a payment agreement with APF Consulting, LLC, when requested, confirming pricing, payment terms, and any applicable deposit requirements.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable once made, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing by APF Consulting, LLC. Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. See our Refund Policy for full details.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, digital products, training materials, curriculum, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of APF Consulting, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

By using this website or participating in our training programs, you agree that APF Consulting, LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from reliance on our content, training, or products, or from accidents, injuries, or non-compliance issues arising after training has concluded. Employers remain responsible for workplace-specific training, supervision, and ongoing regulatory compliance for their employees.

 

8. Third-Party Content & Links

Our website may link to third-party sites or services. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, reliability, or content of external platforms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulare County, California.

 

10. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and APF Consulting, LLC regarding your use of our website and services. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website, purchase of digital products, or participation in training after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
