Training Programs (CPR, Forklift, and CCW)

  • You agree to follow all instructor directions and safety rules during training.

  • Employers are responsible for ensuring workplace-specific training, supervision, and ongoing compliance with applicable safety regulations.

  • APF Consulting, LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or non-compliance issues arising after training.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates safety rules.

 

Payments & Refunds

Payment must be made in full before receiving digital products or attending training.

By registering for a course, booking services, or purchasing any product, you agree to sign (when requested) an APF Consulting, LLC payment agreement confirming pricing, payment terms, and any applicable deposit requirements.

 

Non-refundable deposits and payments

All deposits and payments made to APF Consulting, LLC are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing by APF Consulting, LLC.

 

Digital products

Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

 

Intellectual Property

All website content, digital products, training materials, curriculum, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of APF Consulting, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
