By purchasing, accessing, or using our products, services, or website, you acknowledge and agree that:

No Warranties – All products, services, and training materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or compliance with jurisdiction-specific laws.

Compliance Responsibility – You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to firearms, safety, and business licensing requirements.

Limitation of Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law, APF Consulting, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in training, use of our digital products, or reliance on our materials.

Assumption of Risk – Participation in safety training, firearms instruction, or related activities involves inherent risks. By engaging in these activities, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless APF Consulting, LLC from any liability.

Photo/Video Release – By participating in any training, event, or course provided by APF Consulting, LLC, you grant permission for photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of you to be taken and used for lawful business purposes, including but not limited to training records, promotional materials, marketing, social media, and educational content. You waive any right to inspect, approve, or claim compensation for such use. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing prior to the start of the training or event.

We stand behind the quality of our courses, products, and services. Because much of what we offer is digital or scheduled around a specific date, most sales are final — the sections below spell out exactly what's refundable and what isn't. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
CCW Courses
Payments and payment plans for our 16-hour initial and 8-hour renewal CCW courses are non-refundable once made, including any deposit or installment already paid.
Other Training Sessions & Consulting
For CPR training, forklift training, consulting, and other custom services: if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled session, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
Digital Products
Once a digital product — a template, online course, PDF, toolkit, or similar file — has been downloaded or accessed, it's non-refundable.
LiveScan Fingerprinting
Our mobile LiveScan fingerprinting service is coming soon. Refund terms for LiveScan appointments will be posted here before the service launches.
Technical Issues
If you have trouble accessing something you purchased, contact us at info@apfconsultingllc.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a suitable replacement.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a payment was made in error or without your authorization, contact us immediately at info@apfconsultingllc.com.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
