About Us
Rooted in Faith, Committed to Safety
APF Consulting, LLC was founded on a simple belief: that protecting people is a calling worth doing with excellence.
APF Consulting, LLC provides professional safety and compliance training to individuals, families, and businesses across Tulare, California and the Central Valley. From concealed carry weapons courses and CPR certification to forklift training and LiveScan fingerprinting, we deliver practical, hands-on instruction you can rely on.
Our approach is different because our foundation is different. We believe safety is a responsibility we all share, and we approach every class with faith, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve. When you train with us, you're not just a number — you're a neighbor we want to see go home safe.
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”
